Collaborating again with designer Sarita Posada, West Architecture has detailed and delivered their design for the new Supernova in Mayfair. Inspired by classic American diners and the brand’s existing space-age identity, the restaurant is located on North Audley Street.

The scheme relocates an open kitchen to the front and arranges the restaurant across three dining areas, defined by two stainless steel-clad portals enclosing existing structural goalposts.

A black porcelain floor with inlaid terrazzo motifs unifies the space.
