Further planning and listed building consents have been granted for the alteration and extension of a Grade II listed Georgian house and associated mews in Bloomsbury, London. Having been used as a publisher’s office since the 1980s, we are returning it to a single dwelling along with the mews which is also being reconfigured.

A new room is placed in the garden between both buildings. The garden becomes a shared space where territories and thresholds are redefined.

Restoration and refurbishment works to the main house started in June after being consented under a separate application.
