Two of West Architecture’s projects are featured the in a new RIBA publication – Small Projects Handbook.
The projects featured are the Well & Bucket Pub and Therefore Offices and are used as case studies to document specific stages of a project.
Written by Nigel Ostime, the book is a hands-on guide to running smaller projects up to the value of £1m. It offers a handier and more accessible approach, broken up with case material illustrating problems and solutions from small practices to root it in real practice.
Fully-aligned to the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 it addresses key concerns such as making a profit from small-margin projects, as well as efficiency, outsourcing, collaboration, multi-skilling, self-management, cash flow and so on.
